Is there more to Kylie Jenner and Jaden Smith's friendship than they're letting on? It sure looks like it!

The teen twosome has been inseparable for the last six months, but has insisted their relationship is a platonic one. However, things seemed a little cozier than “just friends” on Wednesday night when they were photographed exiting a movie theater holding hands.

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star, 15, had on some short shorts for her movie night with the 14-year-old "After Earth" actor in Calabasas, California. After watching a flick, the young Hollywood stars emerged from the theater hand in hand as they walked through the lobby to the exit. When they noticed photographers, they seemed to loosen their grip.

While hand holding may be considered minor on the PDA scale, it was a public display of affection nonetheless – and their first official one. Friends for several years, the kids have been spending a lot of time together over the last few months – including trips to London and New York, the latter of which included a silly shopping outing with Jaden wearing an Iron Man costume.

And while they're still so young, they've already become well versed at denying any type of romanticrelationship to probing reporters (no doubt a skill inherited by their famous parents and siblings). In an interview with Ryan Seacrest in May, Jaden was asked if there was anything going with either Kylieor her sister Kendall, and he replied, "They’re just really good friends.”

In a subsequent interview with Wonderland magazine, he served up a similar line, but was quite complimentary about the youngest Jenner.

"She’s one of my best friends," he replied, adding that she's "pretty awesome.”

Well, it sure looks like a mutual admiration society!

Famous teens Kylie Jenner and Jaden Smith seem to still be going strong.

The reality star/model and the actor/singer haven't really gone public with their romance, which first surfaced in March, when they went to lunch together in London. At the time, Us Weekly reported the longtime friends were blossoming into something more.

On Wednesday night, the two gave celeb wags more fodder.

Jenner, 15, and Smith, 14 were spotted leaving a movie theater in Calabasas, Calif.

They were holding hands.

They were also together at Justin Bieber's concert on Tuesday at the Staples Center in L.A., as shown in a video posted by Kylie's sis, Khloe Kardashian Odom.

But when Ryan Seacrest asked Jaden about it in May when his film After Earth was coming out, Jaden was pretty clear with his answer:

"I love Kylie and I love Kendall. They're just really good friends … we all just kind of hang out because we live in the same neighborhood and they're really cool girls. I love hanging out with them. They're just friends."
